03. Venue access
Please have your e-ticket ready
All attendees receive their badge at the Registration Desk before entering the venue. Access to the Forum is granted by scanning the badge and the ticket
If the ticket is not scanned upon exit, the attendee will not be able to re-enter the venue
To access the Afterparty, please have your Business or VIP e-ticket ready
04. Networking app
One month before the forum, all participants will receive access to the official Networking App Through the app, you will be able to connect with other attendees in advance and schedule meetings before the event. Access details will be sent to the email address used when purchasing your ticket. Email subject: “Access to the Networking App”.

Citizens of many countries can quickly apply for an electronic visa to Russia. Full information about the e-visa, as well as the application form, is available on the official website
07. Simultaneous translation
Simultaneous interpretation devices are available to all attendees. Please take your passport or driver's license. Translation is provided from Russian to English and from English to Russian
